We prohibit any fraudulent activity, harassment, or sale of illegal items. Violating these rules results in immediate account suspension. We use AI and human moderation to keep Chekout clean.

While we facilitate the escrow and dispute process, Chekout is a facilitator, not the seller. We provide the tools to ensure safety, but individual transactions are between you and the merchant.
